- Technically dangerous: read code well enough to follow a Supabase RLS conversation without it being explained
- Comfortable with hard conversations — missed deadlines, scope disputes, frustrated stakeholders — without freezing or over-promising
- Light upsell instinct: you notice when phase 2 is in the air and start the conversation
